Key responsibilities for the Client Support Administrator:
11. Assessing new account applications and ensuring that minimum standards of ID and address verification have been achieved
12. Respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner and deal with client queries over telephone, live chat, and letter
13. The detection and prevention of fraudulent applications/activity
14. Reviewing documentation in order to assess appropriate affordability limits
15. Processing of payments to ensure clients receive their funds in a timely fashion
16. Analysing credit requests, authorising appropriate limits and contacting/ chasing debtors
17. Daily administration duties
