Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional, people-focused support across the business. This role is suited to someone who values integrity, collaboration and delivering fair, practical HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees.
* Coach managers on fair and consistent decision‑making.
* Support development and implementation of HR policies.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Support payroll and employee benefits administration.
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Monitor HR trends, risks, and legislative changes.
* Deliver HR training to managers and employees.
* Develop learning materials and support development programmes.
Key Skills
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified.
* Experience in an HR advisory role within professional services.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Confident advising stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong judgement and ability to handle sensitive matters.
* High emotional intelligence and self‑awareness.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
