Te Tūranga – About the role We’re looking for a Financial Controller & Quota Manager to lead financial control and quota planning for Leigh Fish. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery. · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA preferred · Proven experience in financial control within large or complex organisations · Understanding of NZ Quota Management System and ACE processes (advantageous) · ERP literacy and confidence with reconciliations and reporting · Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder engagement skills · Curious, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo Experience awesome.
