Interpersonnel Recruitment is recruiting for an Office Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis. You will need excellent communication skills, be proficient with MS Office and other computer systems, and be able to work well with a range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization.
* Process sales orders and purchase documentation.
* Handle customer queries efficiently.
* liaise with suppliers to secure timely delivery of goods and services.
* Ensure all inter‑departmental document trails are linked and recorded in the relevant systems.
Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
