Learning Support Assistant – Hayes (UB3) – Salary: £14.25 per hour (PAYE, depending on experience) – Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND provision in Hayes. You’ll support students with a range of needs, including ASD, PMLD, learning disabilities, and speech and language difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
* 1:1 and group support across Primary and Secondary sites
* Assistance with personal care and manual handling
* Behaviour support and creating a safe learning environment
* Working closely with teaching staff to meet students' needs
Requirements
* Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Patient, empathetic, and reliable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
