Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lutterworth for a Replenishment Manager. The Replenishment Manager will oversee demand planning and inventory levels to ensure products are stocked efficiently, meeting customer needs while minimizing waste. The role involves collaborating with supply chain teams, monitoring sales patterns, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers. The candidate will also drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the availability of fresh and quality products on the shelves.
Qualifications
* Experience in Demand Planning and Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
* Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business success.
* Understanding of Supply Chain Management to work effectively with suppliers and distribution teams.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in a retail or similar fast‑paced environment is preferred.
