About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced BMS (Building Management Systems) Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of BMS installations across commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle of BMS installations (design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover)

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and in-house engineers
*
Review and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
*
Ensure all works comply with health & safety and quality standards
*
Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders
*
Oversee commissioning and ensure smooth integration with HVAC and M&E systems
*
Manage documentation, including O&M manuals and handover packs
*
Provide technical support and problem-solving during the project lifecycle
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a BMS Project Manager or similar role
*
Strong understanding of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar platforms)
*
Experience with commercial and/or industrial building services projects
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
*
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems integration
*
Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
Desirable:
*
CSCS/SMSTS certification
*
Experience with energy management and smart building technologies
*
Knowledge of commissioning and validation processes
