Your new role
In this newly created role, you'll take ownership of procurement activities across a diverse range of categories. You'll be responsible for sourcing materials and services, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to meet production and operational needs. Working closely with internal teams, you'll use data to drive decisions, optimise inventory levels, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. You'll also play a key role in supplier development and risk mitigation, contributing to the long-term resilience of the supply chain.
1. What you'll need to succeed
2. At least 3 years' experience in a procurement or buying role
3. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
4. Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
5. Confident working with large datasets and reporting tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI)
