* Assessing student progress, setting targets, and providing constructive feedback
* Collaborating with colleagues to enhance learning experiences and maintain high standards
* Taking on additional leadership responsibilities to support the growth of the Psychology department
Experience and Qualifications
* Degree in Psychology or a related field
* QTS or PGCE
* Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5
* Previous leadership experience or a desire to take on additional responsibilities
The salary for this Psychology Teacher position will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS) plus TLR.
