Role Description
This is a role for an Associate Clinical Psychologist / CBT Therapist specialising in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). The position is based in Reading and / or Wallingford. No remote only roles. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions such as CBT and offering support to children, adolescents, and families. You will work with self funding clients as well as health insurance providers.
Qualifications
Expertise in Psychology, CBT, EMDR, DBT etc
Proficiency in Psychological Testing and Assessment
Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field ie CBT.
Accreditation with a recognised professional body (e.g., HCPC, BABCP) sorry but we can't accept BPS only.
Previous experience in CAMHS or working with children and adolescents.
Able to work independently whilst being part of a growing team.
Flexibility and high levels of customer service.
Enhanced DBS required.
