About the role
We are working with a growing business who are looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Executive to join them based in Newcastle City Centre. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home part of the week, alongside an engaging office environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong digital marketing experience to manage campaigns across multiple channels and play a key role in shaping brand presence.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
1. Planning, creating, and publishing content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, and monitoring campaign performance.
2. Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
3. Managing email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing communications, including reporting on results.
4. Producing content for blogs, social media, and video, and being confident in front of the camera where required.
5. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
7. Supporting marketing campaigns that include in-person events and customer engagement initiatives.
8. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
What they are looking for:
9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10. At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable experience in campaign planning and execution.
11. Strong skills in social media management, email marketing, content creation, and SEO.
12. Experience with paid advertising (e.g., Facebook/Meta Ads) and collaborating with agencies is a plus.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content.
14. Strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
