We are hiring a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. The role involves working with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement systems such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and secure data capture platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience leading complex integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Your role in our mission
* Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Develop detailed design documents by interpreting requirements into specifications for development teams.
* Project Coordination and Planning: Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to define timelines, estimate effort, manage scope, and allocate resources.
* Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct configuration engineers and developers to ensure timely delivery and standards compliance.
* Drive Agile Execution: Oversee ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate sprints.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are tested, validated, and meet security, performance, and usability standards.
* Support Solution Engineering and Presales: Create technical models and reference architectures for presales efforts.
Valued skills and experience
* Experience in solution implementation, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery with legacy and modern technologies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD pipelines; understanding of cloud/on-prem infrastructure and security.
* Proven experience with ECM, RPA (e.g., UIPath), scanning platforms, and automation tools.
* Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and RUP.
* Strong interpersonal skills for leading teams and communicating across global stakeholders.
