Order Co‑ordinator – Laindon/Basildon

£27,000 + Hybrid Working (3 office / 2 home)
Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours
Must drive – no public transport links

Our client is looking for a motivated, proactive, detail‑obsessed superstar to take ownership of the full lifecycle of each product — from production, through each milestone, right up to final delivery. If you enjoy responsibility, communication, and keeping everything running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing

Every product has a story — and you’ll manage it from start to finish. You’ll coordinate progress, keep stakeholders updated step‑by‑step, and make sure every detail is logged correctly.

You'll:

* Track each product from production to final delivery

* Share clear, timely updates with internal teams and customers

* Keep documentation precise, organised and compliant

* Handle order changes, product transfers, delivery amendments and reports

* Work closely with logistics and customer teams to ensure smooth delivery

* Support higher‑volume periods with confident, accurate order processing

* Jump in to solve problems before they escalate

This is a role for someone who loves being the person everyone relies on — calm, organised, and always ten steps ahead.

💡 What You’ll Bring

Must‑have: Outstanding Excel skills, including:

* VLOOKUPs

* Pivot Tables

* Formulas

* Confidence working with large datasets

And also:

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong organisational ability

* A sharp eye for detail

* The ability to balance multiple priorities

* GCSEs or equivalent

* A full driving licence (location is not accessible via public transport)
