About the Role
Join our Finance team and play a vital role in managing accounts, driving financial accuracy, and supporting the EFI Group’s success.
The Accounts Assistant will play a key role within our Finance team and oversee day-to-day accounts receivable and payable activities for the EFI Group. Responsibilities include reviewing the sales ledger, managing debtors, chasing outstanding fees, processing invoices, ensuring accurate payments, and maintaining precise financial records.
About You
Qualifications: Newly qualified accountant or equivalent (ideal but not essential).
Experience: Experience in computerised accounting systems, debt collections, accounts payable, general accounting, and administration, with strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a background in accounting environments.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of basic accounting, including double-entry bookkeeping, maintaining ledgers, cashbook maintenance, and accounts receivable.
Passion: Committed to delivering accurate and efficient data processing, with a proactive and adaptable approach to managing the challenges of a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
From £26,550 to £29,500 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
