We are currently recruiting a SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and supportive school environment. This role involves working closely with a pupil who requires additional support to access learning, helping them remain engaged, confident, and included in the classroom. The Role Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN Supporting the pupil both academically and emotionally Helping manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO Supporting the pupil to access classroom activities Requirements Experience supporting children with SEN, ASD, ADHD, or behavioural needs Patient, calm and supportive approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Previous experience in a school, SEND or support setting is desirable At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
