Overview
Partou Parkwood Day Nursery & Pre‑school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full‑time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
* Strong EYFS knowledge.
* Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
* Passion for early years education.
* Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
* Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
