Registered Nurse - Clinical Coordinator

Position Details
* Minimum 6 months dialysis experience required.
* Coordinate ESRD patient care, monitor lab values, vital signs, weight, and outcomes.
* Ensure delivery of safe, comfortable, and high-quality care by your clinical team.
* Training may occur at a different facility or clinic than your assigned one.
* Potential to float between clinics during and after training.
* Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You Can Expect
* Build long-term relationships with patients and families in a close-knit outpatient setting.
* Be part of a supportive team within a small interdisciplinary clinical team.
* Manage patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring tailored treatment plans.
* Oversee patient care with support from PCTs, including observations and machine setup.
* Engage daily in a fast-paced environment using your nursing skills and compassion.

Paid Training Requirements
* Current RN license in your practicing state.
* CPR certification.
* At least 18 months of RN experience.
* Approval for Dialysis Charge RN role by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA.
* Preferred: Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
* Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
* Associate Degree in Nursing required; B.S.N preferred.
* Training approved by medical director and governing bodies as per CMS guidelines.
* Supervisory experience is a plus; willingness to supervise required.
* Basic computer skills required.
