We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to assist our Account Directors in spending more time with clients and prospects. You will manage the flow of communication, organization, and follow‑up activity that keeps our sales operation running efficiently.
Your goal is to remove administrative barriers and ensure every opportunity moves smoothly through the pipeline. You will handle outreach, meeting coordination, CRM management, and reporting, ensuring that the team can focus on relationship building, client delivery, and strategic growth.
The Role Includes:
* Manage HubSpot daily, keeping contacts, deals, and activities accurate and up to date
* Run structured outreach to new and existing clients, re‑engaging lapsed leads and contacts
* Schedule meetings, coordinate diaries, and prepare background information for Account Directors
* Track competitor events, market activity, and new moves in the HR sector to identify opportunities
* Support sales campaigns and follow‑ups by managing timelines, tasks, and reminders
* Produce concise reports that give visibility of outreach progress and pipeline performance
Experience Needed:
* Excellent written communication and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and confidence using HubSpot CRM
* A proactive approach with the ability to prioritize and close loops quickly
* An interest in sales, marketing, and how relationships are built over time
