We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, along with excellent leadership skills to manage a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
* Working under Head Chef, assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food production and preparation to adhere the dietary needs and food allergens requirements of our residents
* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, adhering to food safety standards.
* Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations
* Complete all documentation to comply with HACCP/Safer Food Better Business Standards.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Skills
* Strong background in food production, preparation, and culinary techniques.
* Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Exceptional cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.77 per hour
