About The Role
The Commercial Development department drives strategic change across the business by developing and enhancing systems that optimise revenue performance. Focused on leveraging existing processes and introducing innovative solutions, the team ensures maximum value generation and efficiency. Through collaboration with cross‑functional teams, we aim to deliver measurable contributions to business growth. This department plays a pivotal role in transforming how revenue is managed and realised.
What You’ll Do
* Define vision & strategy: Set product direction aligned with business goals.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work with external vendors, Revenue Management teams and sales teams to build and prioritise features.
* Customer research: Understand customer needs and market trends to refine pricing models.
* Manage roadmap: Prioritise features and balance short‑term and long‑term goals.
* Data‑driven decisions: Use data to optimise pricing algorithms.
* Stakeholder communication: Keep teams and leadership aligned on product progress.
* Track success: Define and monitor KPIs for pricing model performance.
* Model monitoring: Ensure ongoing model accuracy and performance.
* Launch & iterate: Manage product launches and continuous improvements.

* Understanding of, and the ability to do the Product Manager role.
* Excellent knowledge of revenue management and pricing processes.
* Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
* Ability to introduce strategic ways of thinking and an open‑mindedness.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, excellent level of written/spoken English required.
* Ability to handle detail and technological complexity inherent in the role.
* Ability to articulate business processes into software development requirements.
* Ability to translate technical outputs into actionable insights for higher‑level decision making.
* Ability to lead and empower a team of technical analysts.
* Ability to lead project execution without direct line management relationship.

Essential Experience
* Strong commercial background with revenue management and/or pricing experience.
* Innovation, digital transformation and change management experience.
* Excellent team‑working skills.
* Stakeholder management.
Desirable Experience
* Product management experience or equivalent.
* Project management experience.
* Machine learning experience.
