Customer Service Administrator – Telford - Permanent
L & C Consulting are recruiting with a small but successful company in Telford for a new Customer Service / Sales Support / Internal Sales Administrator. Based in Central Telford, the role will suit an experienced Customer Service Administrator / Advisor / Sales Administrator who is looking for a new challenge.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Support the sales staff with customer orders
* Processing orders
* Raise Invoices
* Handle incoming sales enquiries
* Follow up on submitted quotes
* Updating CRM
* Market Research
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have experience in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, be well organised and able to handle multiple projects and orders simultaneously, be IT literate, numerate and have a flexible approach to your work.
Hours of work, Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.
The site in Telford means it is also commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Newport, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Bridgnorth, Perton etc
