Job Description Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new, luxury, therapy-led residential recovery service in North London. This low-acuity, non-medical setting focuses on exceptional client experience and outcomes, offering economy, standard and premium packages. You’ll shape day-to-day operations, quality and commercial performance while mentoring a Therapy Lead and growing a high-performing team. With two additional sites planned within 12 months, this role offers clear progression to multi-site operational leadership. Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum Position: Registered Manager Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (initially on-site; potential 1 day WFH once established) Setting: Luxury, therapy-led residential recovery service (non-medical, low acuity) Location: Mill Hill, London Your key responsibilities will be; * Lead day-to-day operations in a luxury, therapy-led residential service. * Ensure CQC compliance, governance, safety and quality standards. * Manage Therapy Lead and oversee therapists and support workers. * Drive occupancy, budgets, and commercial performance across client packages. * Build relationships with referrers; represent the service professionally. * Recruit, develop, and hold staff accountable for performance. * Coordinate light, telephone-based on-call as second tier. For this role, we’re looking for someone who has; * Proven Registered Manager or senior operational leadership experience. * CQC registration or readiness to register promptly. * NVQ Level 5 preferred; Level 3 with progression supported. * Strong commercial acumen, performance management, and problem-solving. * Confident communicator; credible with referrers and senior stakeholders.
