The Data Reporting & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of data-driven reporting solutions while managing logistics operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives. You will design and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to support operational and strategic decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions. Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with governance standards is critical whilst providing insights and recommendations based on data trends and performance metrics discovered. The role requires you to manage the day-to-day meter logistics operation including inventory, transportation, and distribution management. Optimising the performance through monitoring trends and using data-driven approaches. Coordinating with suppliers, clients and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. As the Continuous Improvement Manager you will lead a team of analysts and logistics coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Acting as a key liaison between data, operations, and the Smart Metering Leadership Team. As the Data Reporting & Logistics Manager, you will be playing a vital role in the success of our complex programme of work, ensuring in day data validation of completed activities is accurate and proactively driven to a satisfactory outcome for all. You thrive on being a key player in our team, driving efficiency and advocating for change in the Smart Metering team. This role would really suit somebody who is passionate about accurate reporting, using their experience of understanding of logistics systems and inventory management. What you’ll bring Proven experience in data reporting, analytics, and logistics/supply chain management. Strong proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel). Good understanding of logistics systems, inventory management, and transportation planning. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
