Pay: Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.64 per hour, rising to £13.85 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.
We’re looking for a festive in‑store role with a range of opportunities and shifts. As a colleague you’ll help serve customers, stock shelves, pick orders for home delivery and more. No experience is required – just the right attitude.
About the role
During the festive season you’ll deliver holiday cheer, support customers, and keep shelves stocked. Tasks may include serving customers, compiling orders for Click & Collect, stocking shelves, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Christmas cheer to households across the nation.
* Support customers in store during the busy festive period.
* Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
* Serve customers and put together orders for our Click & Collect service.
* Take pride in providing a brilliant experience to every customer.

* A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile.
* The ability to build rapport with customers so they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.

* Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
