Adaptable Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established business within the manufacturing sector who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales management and business development, who has led on strategy and can demonstrate successful implementation and results.
What you will be doing:
* Managing and growing key client accounts
* Driving new business and identifying growth opportunities
* Leading, developing and managing a sales team
* Leading on commercial strategy and implementation
* Setting, implementing and monitoring commercial strategy and KPIs
* Taking ownership of performance, with some responsibility for P&L
* Building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer service
* Supporting forecasting, contract negotiations and market analysis
* Analysing performance data and reporting on sales activity
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in account management and business development
* Experience managing a team and leading on commercial strategy
* Demonstrable success in strategy implementation and delivering xsngvjr results
* Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
* Confident communicator with a results-driven approach
* Background in a construction, engineering or industrial sector is advantageous
