The Package
* Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per year (depending on experience)

* Overtime structure:
o Time and a half (door-to-door) on Saturdays
o Double time (door-to-door) on Sundays
o Weekday overtime paid after 50 hours per week
Location: Essex, Havering & Slough (Field-Based)Working Hours
* Standard working week: 40 hours
* Flexibility required, including approximately 1 hour travel each way
* Overtime paid on a weekly basis depending on total hours worked
The Person
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organised and comfortable working across a variety of sites.
Key requirements:
* Previous experience in a surveying role (domestic preferred)
* Flexibility to travel across multiple locations
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Professional and customer-focused approach
The Role
An opportunity is available for a flexible and reliable Surveyor to join a growing team, working primarily across domestic housing with some commercial projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting surveys across residential properties
* Undertaking xsngvjr occasional commercial surveys
* Travelling across Essex, Havering and Slough areas
* Producing accurate reports and ensuring high standards of work
