We are seeking a passionate, focused, and experienced Service Manager to join Cygnet Vincent Court.
This is a permanent, full-time position, overseeing our Community Deaf Service for 40 hours per week.

Vincent Court
Vincent Court is a five-bed community rehabilitation (level 1) service for men who have progressed through the hospital pathway at Cygnet Fountains. We also accept referrals from other high-support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) services and directly from the community.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Home Manager is responsible for providing effective leadership to the onsite team, ensuring all functions—Clinical, Finance, HR, Recruitment, and Support Services—are maintained. You will oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the service.
* Ensure compliance with CQC/regulatory requirements and meet clinical, budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets. Implement risk assessments, risk management, and embed clinical governance within the service.
* Provide a high-quality service focusing on client care and employee engagement.
* Manage bed occupancy effectively and coordinate referrals and assessments with the Clinical Team/Deputy Manager.
* Lead investigations as needed, participate in audits, and ensure adherence to group policies. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and commercial growth.
You will have
* At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a team
* QCF Level 5 qualification preferred, but achievable in the role
* Ability to work collaboratively, lead by example, manage performance, and use initiative
* Experience with CQC guidelines, relevant legislation, and professional regulations
* Experience conducting investigations and managing complaints confidentially
* Qualifications in Leadership & Management or Health & Social Care
Requirements
* Contracted hours: 40 per week
