About the role
You will report into the Brew Project Management team and work within the wider Adaptavist Project Management community. You will manage day-to-day delivery of multiple client engagements, focusing on Digital Strategy, SEO, PPC and Social Media campaigns, ensuring delivery to customer expectations, on time and within budget. You will assist with account management and collaborate with other Project Managers within the team.
You will serve as the main client contact for ongoing Digital Marketing Services projects to develop, maintain and grow those relationships. You will track project progress, provide client and internal reports, and manage risks and issues to ensure the team is used effectively.
What you’ll be doing
* Responsible for a series of projects, campaigns or a programme of work that may span months
* Managing costs and profitability for projects/campaigns/programmes
* Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve project plans and practices to senior management
* Leading and managing multi-disciplined teams
Resource Management
* Identify and manage resources to deliver work to agreed quality, time and cost
* Ensure high quality estimates
* Project tracking and reporting
* Handle conflicting demands on the team
Client Relationships
* Be the main point of contact with the client
* Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts
* Ensure the client receives high quality work per the specification
* Provide regular progress reports, negotiate commercial aspects and ensure accurate invoicing
Qualifications
* Self-motivated with a track record of successfully managing digital projects of varying sizes, particularly within Digital Strategy, SEO, PPC and Social Media
* Web, creative or digital agency background
* Confident in customer management, with ability to influence and lead discussions on Digital Strategy, SEO, PPC and Social Media campaigns
* Able to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
* Commercial understanding and numeracy
* Attention to detail with understanding of the big picture and trade-offs
* Comfortable in a dynamic technical organisation with a rapidly expanding customer base
* Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation
* Strong communication skills, especially in strategic planning
* Personable, helpful and professional attitude
* Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Comfortable working with remote teams using collaboration tools
* Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
* Enthusiasm for new technology and solving problems through process improvement
* Experience working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
