Join Müller as a Technical Manager – Ingredients Location: Field-based (UK-wide travel required) Contract Type: Permanent Are you ready to take your technical expertise on the road? Müller is seeking a dynamic Technical Manager – Ingredients to lead customer-focused technical initiatives across our commercial ingredients portfolio. This is a field-based role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact across multiple sites and customer locations. What You’ll Do Be the technical face of Müller for ingredient customers, providing expert support and troubleshooting. Lead joint business plans and technical projects with key clients. Ensure quality assurance and compliance across all ingredient-related operations. Deliver training and development to internal teams and customers. Represent Müller in audits, trials, and first production runs. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in dairy science and technology. What You’ll Bring A degree in Food Science or equivalent vocational experience. Advanced knowledge of dairy processes, food chemistry, microbiology, and HACCP. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A passion for excellence and customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
