Mobile Plumber - 44k + Vehicle - London Coverage
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a mobile maintenance team for an industry leader. This will be covering a range of commercial buildings and healthcare sites across London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair works on commercial plumbing systems.
* Work on plant rooms and associated commercial systems.
* Provide emergency cover on a 1-in-12 call-out rota.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in commercial plant rooms.
* City & Guilds in Plumbing
* Background in commercial or healthcare environments preferred.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
