Salary: £50,000-£60,000 plus car

Role Overview
The business is seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join its thriving foodservice operation. The role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with major clients across the foodservice market. The successful candidate will drive growth by developing tailored commercial solutions, managing pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and grow long‑term relationships with key foodservice clients, fostering loyalty and mutual success.
Sales and Business Development
Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts and deliver bespoke, value‑added solutions to meet customer needs.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement account plans, including pricing and investment strategies, to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
Market and Customer Insight
Monitor market trends and share insights to influence business planning, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
Operational Management
Oversee order delivery and resolution of any service or operational issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Forecasting and Reporting
Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for your account portfolio, providing accurate updates to management.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in the foodservice industry or managing foodservice accounts.
* Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong planning and organisational abilities.
* Commercial acumen and confidence in managing complex client relationships.
* Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Self‑motivated with a proactive and outgoing approach.
