ATS is an SME with an annual turnover of £14M+. This is an exciting time to be joining ATS as we go through a time of significant growth and transformation. Located in Rugby is our Head Office and National Distribution warehouse, supplying a wide range of products to our partners and direct to consumers.

Summary of our Proposition:

We currently specialise in partnering with organisations that support vulnerable individuals and aim to expand our presence within this sector, continually adding new clients to our portfolio. We are also in the process of transitioning our offering online, directly to consumers, and thus are seeking a talented and proactive Website Manager to take ownership of our brand-new website. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop an online platform from the ground up, playing a key role in its success. You will be responsible for managing content, optimising performance, driving traffic, and enhancing the user experience to support business growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the management and maintenance of the website, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and security.
* Create, edit, and manage website content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and up to date.
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement design and content updates.
* Monitor website analytics, track user behaviour, and generate reports to optimise website performance and improve user experience.
* Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
* Manage eCommerce functionality, ensuring an optimised and user-friendly online shopping experience.
* Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently, working with relevant teams when necessary.
* Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and trends, implementing best practices to enhance the site.
* Use and manage social media platforms to drive targeted campaigns to increase website traffic and boost sales.
* Actively market and promote our brand(s) across various channels, ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement, in addition to managing and optimising the company website.
* Ensure compliance with data protection and web security standards.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to align website content with business goals and campaigns.
* Proven experience in website management, ideally within an eCommerce environment.
* Experience with content management systems (CMS), Magento 2 knowledge is a plus.
* Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and inform strategy.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to implement effective optimisation strategies.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of eCommerce performance metrics.
* Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including PPC, email marketing, and social media integration and campaigns.
* Experience with UX/UI principles and website conversion rate optimisation.
* Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques to improve website performance.
* Basic graphic design skills or experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).

* Strategic Thinking – Capable of developing and executing website strategies aligned with business goals to maximize engagement and conversions.
* Attention to Detail – Ensures website functionality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all pages and platforms.
* Experience in Digital Marketing – Knowledge of social media, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
* Problem-Solving Skills – Quick thinker who can troubleshoot website issues, resolve challenges, and enhance the user experience.
* Organisational and Time-Management Skills - With the ability to manage multiple projects.
