Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day activities and learning delivery
* Working 1:1, with small groups, or the whole class
* Encouraging pupil progress, confidence, and independence
* Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
* Contributing to an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere
* Adapting to the individual needs of pupils

What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school experience preferred)
* A patient, positive and supportive attitude
