JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Circa GBP 45k plus (DOE)
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing practice where you can see your career flourish. As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will handle a full and varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, re:mortgages, and transfers of equity. You'll enjoy autonomy in your work while being fully supported by a collaborative team and leadership committed to your success.
The Candidate
You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in all aspects residential conveyancing and proven technical expertise in handling freehold and leasehold property transactions. A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as deliver high quality legal services.
