Property Administrator – Lettings
Location: Central Worcester
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (occasional Saturday with a weekday off in lieu)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Property Administrator to support our busy lettings department in the heart of Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants.
What You’ll Be Doing
o Coordinating property inspections and visiting rental properties
o Managing tenancy documentation and compliance
o Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
o Handling maintenance requests and ensuring timely follow‑ups
o Supporting the lettings team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
o Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Requirements
o Access to your own car (essential) – property visits are a key part of the role
o Strong organisational and communication skills
o Confident working independently and as part of a team
o Good attention to detail and a positive, solution‑focused attitude
o Previous experience in lettings or property administration is beneficial but not essential
