Property Maintenance Apprenticeship Tutor\n\nOur client is a national apprenticeship provider on a mission to help people build their futures. They focus on emerging markets and key industries—and Property Maintenance is a huge part of that.\n\nThe Role\nAs a Property Maintenance Apprenticeship Tutor, you’ll be delivering high-quality teaching and support to apprentices across the North West.
You'll visit learners in their workplaces, support them remotely, and help prepare them for their End Point Assessments.\n\nThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid industry experience, a passion for education, and the drive to support learners on their journey to success.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Deliver engaging and learner-centred sessions aligned with the Property Maintenance Operative Standard\n\n * Support learners in developing skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed\n\n * Track learner progress and provide clear, timely feedback\n\n * Contribute to curriculum design and development of high-quality learning materials\n\n * Maintain compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, EPAO, and Skillcert’s internal policies\n\n * Embed safeguarding, equality, and British values in everything you do\n\nRequirements\n\n· Extensive experience in the Property Maintenance industry\n\n· Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE)\n\n· Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33)\n\n· Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region\n\nWhat’s in It for You?\n✨ 30 days holiday + bank holidays\n✨ Company pension\n✨ Company vehicle\n\nLocation: North West (remote with travel)\n\nSalary: £30,000 - £35,000\n\nJob Type: Full time Permanent
