We're excited to announce a vacancy for a full-time Receptionist/Report Production Officer on a 12-month maternity cover contract, based at our Halesowen office.

Roles and Responsibilities
This varied role includes:
* Producing reports from technical data
* Proofreading and editing and spreadsheets
* Responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Providing general administrative support across the team
Person Specification
The successful candidate must possess a proven and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous reception experience and excellent customer service skills are a must along with previous experience within an administrative role. The ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative is also required, as are accuracy and attention to detail.
We're looking for someone with:

* A solid background in administrative support
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
A keen eye for detail is especially important when producing reports from technical data. You'll be expected to interpret information accurately, ensuring outputs are clear, precise, and error-free. A methodical approach and consistency are key, as even minor errors can have a significant impact. What We Can Offer You
* A 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave
* The hours of work are 40 per week Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
* The starting salary is £25,584.00 per annum (increasing to £26,499.20 once fully trained)
* Company paid healthcare (long service award applies at 3 and 5 years)
* A company pension, into which we contribute 3% of qualifying earnings
* 22 days of annual leave (long service award applies at 3 and 5 years)
