Road Freight Operator
Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for a European Road Freight Operator to join their office in Maldon.
Freight Forwarder (experienced) ideally 2 plus years experience minimum
Arrange full loads, part loads and groupage shipmentsLiaise with drivers, hauliers, carriers, and warehousesMonitor shipments, track deliveries, and resolve delays proactivity.Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updatesMaintain accurate transport and billing records
RequiredStrong knowledge of road freight operationsFamiliarity with customs proceduresAbility to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsNegotiation skills and commercial awareness
