Overview
Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts are part of the Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) within the STA directorate. The PMO focuses on creating a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team.
Responsibilities
* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio.
* Help set and embed standards for benefits and value management.
* Help teams identify, value and validate project benefits.
* Support change, transformation, and continuous improvement across the business through the PMO.
Experience / Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills, able to explain complex analysis simply and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability, comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and actively consider diversity in work.
* Development opportunities and appropriate training will be provided.
* Hybrid working arrangement; EA Office base location; national role may require some travel and overnights.
