Senior Power Platform Engineer – Edinburgh / Hybrid -£70k
Are you a Power Platform expert ready to take on a leading role in delivering enterprise grade, data driven solutions? Change Digital are recruiting on behalf of our established client, a Senior Power Platform Engineer to join their Digital Workplace team within Core IT and help shape the future of how we work.
You’ll design and build high impact apps and automations using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and AI Builder. This is a strategic and hands on role where you’ll work closely with cross functional teams, guide best practices, and mentor colleagues in an Agile, collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Platform tools (Canvas/Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Automate Flows)
* Lead best practice governance, including citizen development and environment management
* Integrate Microsoft Dataverse with other data sources and drive ALM using Azure DevOps
* Support and enhance our Dynamics 365-based client lifecycle tools
* Collaborate across the firm on reporting solutions using Power BI and Azure Synapse Analytics
* Contribute to roadmaps, platform evolution, and Microsoft updates
* Act as a subject matter expert and mentor within Power Platform and AI technologies
What we’re looking for
* Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and ideally Copilot Studio
* Strong understanding of Dynamics 365, ALM practices, and DevOps pipelines
* Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PCF, Graph API, REST APIs and Custom Connectors
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
* A team player with mentoring experience and a user-first mindset
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-400 / PL-600) are a bonus
