Looking for a Test Analyst with strong operational resilience expertise to work on a variety of regulatory projects within the Insurance industry.
What you'll do:
* Design, execute, and manage testing activities that support operational resilience frameworks.
* Partner with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business units to ensure resilience requirements are fully embedded in testing strategies.
* Contribute to the identification of vulnerabilities, gaps, and risks through robust testing and analysis.
* Support regulatory and compliance initiatives by providing clear testing evidence and insights.
* Work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst within insurance (preferred) or wider financial services.
* Strong knowledge of operational resilience frameworks and associated regulatory requirements.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps and propose practical solutions.
* A collaborative mindset, with experience engaging business and technology stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
