Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner
Location: Macclesfield OR Remote Working
A rapidly growing law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner (minimum 2 years PQE or equivalent) to join its expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage clinical negligence claims from inception to trial, including medical misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, prescription and medication errors, and dental negligence.
* Provide exceptional client care and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Use case management systems effectively (experience with Proclaim advantageous but not essential).
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
* Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years' clinical negligence experience.
* Extensive knowledge of clinical negligence law and practical claim handling.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Confident with IT and case management systems.
