Whether you’re an experienced lecturer or a digital industry professional looking to take your first steps into teaching, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role:
We are seeking flexible and committed individuals to join our sessional teaching team. Roles may be available across Levels 1 to 5, including BTEC, Foundation Degree and T Level programmes, with content covering topics such as:
1. Programming (Python, JavaScript, C#)
2. Cybersecurity and Networks
3. IT Project Management
4. Data Analysis and Visualisation
5. Web and App Development
6. Emerging Technologies (AI, cloud, etc.)

Person Specification
9. A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
10. Industry experience in IT, software development, or digital technologies
11. A strong understanding of current and emerging technologies in the sector

13. Experience teaching in FE (desirable but not essential)
As a sessional lecturer, you will:
14. Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to learners aged 16+
15. Support students’ progress towards their qualifications and career goals
16. Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and enrichment activities
17. Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
