Our client is a global Freight and Logistics service provider whose services include award winning Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Domestic/ European Road Freight, Distribution and other Supply Chain Management Services.
About the Role
You will be responsible for bringing on new business and increasing gross profit and market share from your portfolio while developing ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.
Salary and compensation package:
* Basic Salary £65,000 - £75,000
* Fully Expensed Company Car/ Car Allowance
* Commission/ Bonus Structure - 10% of gross profit generated for the lifetime of the account

Responsibilities:
* Utilise market data and develop sales strategies to increase customer base
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company
* Arrange meetings with regular and prospective customers
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships
* Provide pricing, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
* Provide activity reports and sales plans
* Actively participate in sales and skills training
Qualifications
Over 2 years demonstrable experience in a hunter sales role with a focus on New Business Development working for a Freight or Logistics provider within the UK.
