Field Sales Executive
Adjacency Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading engineering business in the South West region. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven field sales executive in the manufacturing space, who is able to open doors to new business opportunities & drive business growth. The field sales executive will be responsible for bringing on new business opportunities and must have experience working within the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) markets. Within this role, the field sales executive will also be responsible for growing & maintaining existing accounts, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product the business's strong range of electro-mechanical components
* Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* This is an on-the-road role, with the expectation to be out 3 days a week, meeting new & existing clients
* Ability to manage a strong sales pipeline
* Provide regular performance reports to senior management
* Analyse sales data to forecast trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
* A proven background in field sales
* Previous experience in technical sales
* Background in engineering
* Ability to generate leads and secure new business.
* Proven track record in growing client relationships.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Full UK driving License essential
