About the Company:
A globally recognised and respected brand in the aesthetics industry is looking to strengthen its presence across the North of England. The company specialises in premium, non-invasive skin and body devices and is positioned at the premium end of the market. As part of this expansion, the business is hiring a commercially minded Sales Manager to support growth across the region and build lasting partnerships with leading aesthetic clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing, developing a steady pipeline through networking, outreach, and responding to inbound enquiries
* Support revenue growth by maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value through additional services or products
* Keep sales activity and pipeline records up to date using the CRM system
* Take responsibility for your territory, working towards agreed targets and supporting overall business growth
* Maintain strong client relationships through consistent and helpful communication
* Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to stay connected with the market
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in the aesthetics sector
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or healthcare sector, with a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing targets
* Comfortable developing new client relationships and engaging in cold outreach when needed
* Approachable and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in the aesthetics industry
* Confident communicator with a collaborative and consultative approach to negotiation
* Well-organised with strong presentation skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated and reliable, with a positive attitude and commitment to doing quality work
* Full UK driving licence
* Comfortable working in business-level English, both written and verbal
