Role
Our client is currently looking for a Learning Designer to support the development of a data programme. In this contract role, you’ll take existing workshop materials and templates and transform them into engaging, impactful learning content tailored to client needs. This is an early-stage project, offering the chance to shape the design and structure of a new programme from the ground up.
Skillset required:
• Instructional Design: Strong writing and content design skills, particularly in creating blended and workshop-based learning experiences
• Learning Development: Ability to adapt and enhance existing content templates to meet client goals
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams to scope learning needs
• Technical Understanding: Exposure to data concepts is a nice-to-have, but not essential
• Creative Thinking: Ability to bring a fresh, learner-focused perspective to programme design
• Adaptability: Comfortable working at pace and iterating based on feedback
