Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Casual Community Support Worker - Domestic Duties to join our highly regarded not-for-profit residential aged care organisation. To support clients and carers by providing goal driven cleaning service activities and other services as directed to enable consumers to meet their goals. To ensure MCA services deliver the highest outcome in consumer support in accordance with MCA's vision, mission and values, Home Care Standards, Charter of Rights and Responsibilities Community Services.

What we are looking for:
* Relevant Cleaning experience
* Strong listening and verbal communication skills
* Understanding the needs of older people
* Ability to follow directions and comply with Regulatory Compliance and Rights and Responsibilities Community Services
* Ability to write progress notes and reports
* Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment with advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
* Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy and insured)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Above award rate of pay
