Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: We require 3 years of experience supporting enterprise Windows environments. We require strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies. We require experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and support. We require familiarity with ITIL-based incident and change management processes. We require excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. We consider experience with PKI, Hyper-V, networking, or data centre operations advantageous. We view relevant Microsoft or industry certifications as a plus. Responsibilities: We provide 2nd and 3rd line support for business-critical systems. We troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions. We manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, patching, backups, and security controls. We support change management, disaster recovery, and system upgrades. We automate operational tasks through scripting and process improvements. We collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. We create and maintain technical documentation. We mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
