We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Estates Manager to join our team in Skegness for a 18 month Fixed term contract.The salary on offer starts from £50,000 plus £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance based bonus.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Estates Manager to lead the estates and facilities management across 10 sites in Skegness, primarily based at Skegness Hospital. This is a highly customer centric role and the ideal candidate will be an expert relationship builder.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our built environment. The postholder will manage one Estates Coordinator and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality facilities services whilst putting the customer at the heart of what we do.
What you will bring to the role:
* Proven experience in estates or facilities management within complex environments.
* Expert understanding of compliance
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Background in Facilities Management or other relevant industry.
* Ability to lead operational teams and manage external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of estates and facilities services across the sites.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
* Engage with stakeholders across a multi-occupied estate to deliver responsive and effective FM services.
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, capital projects, and service contracts.
* Provide input into estates planning and initiatives
